A big warm welcome to InterExchange Au Pair USA! My name is Kimberly Durazo and I am the Local Coordinator for Orange County, California. I am also the proud mom of two small boys, so I first came across Au Pair USA while searching for an au pair for my own family. Over the last four years I have had the pleasure of hosting au pairs from Paris, Ecuador and two from Columbia. Each of these au pairs has left my children with so many amazing memories and experiences. In fact, my children still communicate them even though they are back in their home country. We still feel as though they are a part of our family!

I love being a Local Coordinator for Au Pair USA! The cultural exchange aspect of the program is a huge benefit, but hosting an au pair can be beneficial to host families in so many other ways! Many of the families I support have very busy work schedules so they really need their au pair to help out with those last-minute schedule changes, like sick days and school closings. Au Pair USA makes the program affordable with an average weekly cost of just $340 for up to 45 hours of child care with no additional per-child fees.
