What Au Pair USA offers:
- The best candidates — we fully screen and interview every au pair in our extensive database. All Au Pair USA candidates love children and are extremely enthusiastic about this cultural exchange opportunity. Our candidates speak English and have previous child care experience. We also require all au pairs attend a thorough Orientation and Training Program before arriving to your home.
- Payment plans that fit your budget — Hosting an au pair isn't just for the rich and famous! Our program fees equal out to around $7.50 an hour per family, not per child!
- A flexible schedule for all of life's little hiccups — Au pairs work up to 45 hours a week and and can match your family's unique schedule. Finding someone for snow days, sick days and even date nights will no longer be a problem!
- A chance for you and your children to experience the world — As one of the only non-profit au pair agencies in the U.S., we are able to focus on the core principles of the U.S. Department of State-sponsored au pair program: the happiness of our host families and au pairs and cultural exchange. Sharing different cultures and languages with your children will spark a life-long love of curiosity and learning. And helping your au pair learn about culture in the U.S. will be one of the most rewarding experiences of the program for your family.
