International Camp Staff Job Placement Program

The Camp USA Camp Staff Placement program matches international staff with summer camp jobs throughout the United States in a variety of camp counselor and support staff positions.

Camp USA recruits and screens mature, skilled, and experienced candidates who speak English at an appropriate level.

All applicants submit a completed application, which includes:

• Two references from an employer, teacher, coach, or club leader
• A cover letter and resume
• A police background check
• Relevant certificates and awards
• Medical history

Our international partners verbally check all references and schedule in-country orientation and interview sessions, which are run by either a Camp USA representative or a trained international cooperator. After reviewing each application and interview report, we will accept only the most qualified applicants into the program.
