J-1 Visa Sponsorship Program Fees

 

Pre-Placed participants have a different fee structure than participants in the Placement program because they are more independent in dealing with their camps. Pre-Placed participants pay a program fee, insurance fee, and SEVIS fee. There is no additional cost to camps for Pre-Placed participants.

Camps and Pre-Placed staff members should negotiate stipend and transportation arrangements, as well as determine who will pay the program, insurance, and SEVIS fees. Camp USA encourages participants, not camps, to pay all fees to avoid any confusion with refunds and other monetary issues. Because Camp USA cannot process an application without full payment, all fees should be submitted with the Pre-Placed application.
