An Affordable Way to Find Quality Camp Counselors & Staff

At InterExchange Camp USA, we're dedicated to keeping our fees low for participating summer camps. As a non-profit organization devoted to cultural exchange, our goal is to help as many people as possible enjoy the benefits of our program. When you work with us, it doesn't cost a lot to hire and host international summer camp staff. And if you just need J-1 Visa sponsorship for staff you have already hired, you pay no program fees.

With our Camp Placement program, costs include:

  • Round trip airfare to/from NYC
  • Orientation
  • One night in the hostel before traveling to camp
  • Screening and recruitment

Second Year

Many of our participants come back for a second year with InterExchange Camp USA. These second-year participants have greater experience and knowledge about working camp jobs. Since they’re among the easiest participants to place, we offer a slight discount on the camp’s program fee.

Self-Travel Participants

With a self-travel participant, you’ll pay the participant for his or her airfare directly, rather than paying InterExchange.

Already Hired Staff? Get No-Cost J-1 Visa Sponsorship

If you’ve already hired international staff, we can provide J-1 Visa sponsorship at no cost to you through our Direct Placement option. With this option, your staff members will pay a nominal fee to cover InterExchange’s services, but your camp pays no program fees. Learn more.
