InterExchange Camp USA recruits participants who are up to the task. Through our network of international representatives, we find young adults who are well-suited to the demands and rewards of summer camp jobs, and interview them to make sure they have the right skills, experience, and personality to be part of your team.
As a non-profit organization, InterExchange keeps its program fees affordable. We don't think you should have to break the bank to benefit from our cultural exchange program. We understand that most summer camps run on tight budgets, and we're committed to offering the best services at the lowest cost possible.
We've been in this business a long time — more than 40 years, in fact! We keep the whole process simple for you, from recruiting staff to assisting with J-1 Visa paperwork to providing insurance for participants. Plus, we're experts in the wonderful world of camping. Each member of the InterExchange Camp USA staff has worked at and attended a camp. We know that every camp is different, and we'll work with you closely to find the very best international summer camp staff for your needs.
No matter how well we get to know you, you're the best person to make the hiring decisions for your camp. We'll screen applicants carefully and recommend people who seem like a great fit for your camp counselor jobs and support staff positions. But you always have final say. You have up to five days to review each applicant's information and give us a yes or no. We'll keep working with you until you're completely satisfied with your staff.
Summer camp and cultural exchange go together like marshmallows and campfire.
