Apply Online for the J-1 Visa Sponsorship Pre-Placed Program

This online application is for Camp USA Pre-Placed staff who have already found their own camp jobs. Please do not fill out this form until you have secured a job at camp. In addition to the online application, you will need to send us the following documents:

Application Instructions:

Click on the link below to fill out the online application for the Pre-Placed Visa Sponsorship program. Make sure you have your passport and camp contract available as you will need to include information from both of these documents. Please fill in all sections carefully.

After you submit the application online, you will be taken to a page detailing the additional documents you need to send to Camp USA in order to complete your application. You can download those documents from the bottom of that page or below. Once you have those items, send them directly to our office in New York. Please note that we will not process any application until all required documents arrive in our office.
