Pre-Placed J-1 Visa Sponsorship Program

The Pre-Placed J-1 Visa Sponsorship program is for camps that have re-hired or hired their own international staff, and for participants who are returning to camp or have found camp jobs on their own. Camp USA provides visa documentation, insurance arrangements, and 24-hour support throughout the summer for participants and camp directors.

Camp USA Provides

• Documents to obtain a J-1 Visa (DS-2019 form)
• Medical insurance, as required by the U.S. government, for the entire duration of the participant's stay in the U.S.
• Camp USA Participant Handbook, and Inside the USA Guide
• 30-day independent travel time after camp participation
• 24-hour program support throughout the summer
