An Affordable Way to Enhance Your Business

You may believe that international internships and training programs would involve high fees and excessive costs. With InterExchange Career Training USA, that’s simply not the case.

You will pay no program, visa, or placement fees to participate in our program.

If your company has fewer than 25 employees and less than $3 million in revenue, then we’re required by the State Department to perform a site visit, prior to approving you for the program. We charge a one-time $250 fee for a site visit, but once you’re accepted into the program, you’ll never have a repeat charge.

Intern & Trainee Compensation

Most employers pay a salary or stipend to international interns and trainees. It’s not required, but we do encourage that you provide some payment, since participants are required to work for you full-time and are not allowed to work second jobs. You can work out an arrangement that works best for your company and your international interns. Be sure to finalize any payment arrangements with your participant(s) prior to their arrival in the U.S.  If you will not be providing any compensation, please be sure to review the six criteria for unpaid internships issued by the Department of Labor.

You are under no obligation to pay housing or transportation costs either, though you may offer to do so if you wish. International interns and trainees also pay for their own accident and sickness insurance.

If you have any questions regarding the costs involved with international internships or training programs, please call 1-888-621-1202 or contact us.
