How InterExchange Career Training USA Works

InterExchange Career Training USA helps U.S. businesses and international participants enjoy the benefits of international internship and training programs. Many U.S. businesses don’t realize how simple, cost-effective, and valuable the program can be to their business. International interns and trainees contribute a variety of talents, including multi-lingual skills, an extended period of availability, and an international perspective. InterExchange helps U.S. employers find the best interns and trainees from more than 40 countries and facilitates the process of bringing them to the U.S.

What Our Employers Say:

"Our goal is to teach managerial skills, and eventually allow the interns to direct a team of people. After her first 3-4 months in the office, our first intern was put in charge of the other interns. Now I’m moving her to assistant supervisor. She’s very good and gets along with everyone. In fact, we made her “employee of the month”, and gave her a bonus.”

~ P.E., Focus World International, New Jersey

“Our company already had roots in Africa and the U.K., so this was a good opportunity to train interns from those countries here in the United States, and then set them up with our office in their home country. They use this experience to help them move forward in the company. From a training perspective, here we are able to maximize our training resources. We’re getting much more cost efficiency here in the U.S.”

~ G.M., Makosi, Inc., New York, NY

What Our Participants Say

"After this [training program], I will be able to offer to my future Lithuanian employers valuable American-based management and communication skills. Some knowledge and view-points about American social and economical life will also benefit my prospects for a future career in Lithuania, because business becomes more and more international."

~ Ksenija L., Lithuania
