Explanation of Costs

As a non-profit organization, InterExchange keeps its costs as low as possible. Many of our participants pay program fees directly to the international cooperators in their home country. Specific fees vary from country to country, but InterExchange only works with international cooperators who charge fair and affordable program fees.

Fees and costs of participation include:

  • Program Fee: Variable by country (consult with the cooperator in your home country)
  • Application Fee (only for applicants to the Placement Program): $100
  • Accident and Sickness Insurance: Approximately $40 per month, if purchased through InterExchange

For fee information for your country, please complete our Info Request Form.
