Instructions:

Federal regulations require that all Trainees/Interns complete a Final Evaluation at the end of their Training/Internship program. The purpose of this evaluation form is to help you reflect upon your program goals at the end of your program, as outlined in the Training/Internship Placement Plan you and your host company submitted with your application. It is also meant to assist InterExchange in evaluating the efforts of your host company to provide you with bona fide training during your stay in the US. Please complete this evaluation at the end of your program and share your comments with your host employer before submitting the evaluation to InterExchange. Thank you.
