Instructions: This assessment tool is intended to provide the trainee with feedback concerning his or her personal progress in meeting the goals of the training program, as they were initially outlined in the InterExchange Learning Agreement & Training Plan. Please complete this form half-way through the trainee's program (i.e.: at the 6 month mark of a 12 month training program.) Please share your assessments with the trainee before returning this form to InterExchange. It is a U.S. Government requirement that all trainees receive evaluations and feedback from their training supervisor. If you prefer to use your own company's assessment materials, please send us a copy of the interim evaluation. Thank you.
