Instructions: The purpose of this evaluation form is to help you reflect upon your efforts to meet the goals of the InterExchange International Summer Internship Program. It is also meant to assist InterExchange in evaluating the efforts of your host company to provide you with a quality internship. Please complete this form at the end of your program and share your comments with your host employer (if possible) before returning this form to InterExchange. It is a U.S. Government requirement that all interns complete evaluations of their internship program. Thank you.
