Finding the Best International Staff

Get a Jump Start on Your Upcoming Summer 2012 Season
The U.S. Department of State is implementing stricter guidelines for the Summer Work Travel program this year, which will reduce "walk-in" and last-minute student arrivals to support your peak seasons.  This means it's more important than ever to confirm the placement of your international staff now.  Register today to start recruiting the most qualified staff for your upcoming seasons.

InterExchange Work & Travel USA Account Representatives find great international students to work for you. Through rigorous recruiting efforts, we attract the best candidates for every type of job.

With over 40 years of experience, InterExchange knows where to find students interested in living and working abroad and how to match them with the jobs that best suit their individual skills.

Unlike many other Work & Travel programs, InterExchange has a centralized recruitment force, supported by representatives in more than 65 countries. You will work directly with our New York City-based Account Representatives to find international staff. You can be actively involved in the recruiting process, or you can leave it to our team. Either way, rest assured we’ll recruit excellent job candidates.

Our recruitment options include:

Exclusive Recruiting for Your Company

This option allows you to secure the best staff before the main hiring season begins. InterExchange Work & Travel will send your Account Representative overseas to recruit exclusively for your business. We will personally select and interview international students with the skills and experience you require. With direct recruiting, you’ll have the first choice of top candidates—without the hassle of finding them on your own. As with all of our recruiting options, you have the final say over who you hire.

Remote Recruiting

Join in the recruiting process without traveling overseas. With remote recruiting, you can interview students from your home or office via Skype or other web-based meeting software. We can also bring you to our New York City headquarters, where you and your InterExchange Account Representative participates in remote recruiting sessions with your potential employees.

Customized Recruiting Trips

If you are hiring 15 or more employees to fulfill seasonal staffing needs, InterExchange Work & Travel USA will arrange a customized International Recruitment Tour on your behalf. We will work with you to develop a staffing profile for your business and travel with your representative to up to three countries that can provide you with qualified, appropriate job candidates. Unlike other companies with less flexible trip options, InterExchange arranges tours based on employer needs and coordinates meetings with candidates suitable for your open positions.  For more information on recruitment tours, contact Tour Operations or click here to learn more about international and other Recruitment Tour options.
