Registration Process

It’s quick, easy, and free to register with Work & Travel USA. Simply fill out our Employer Inquiry Form online (or download it here) and send it to us.

You are under no obligation to hire our employees after you sign up. If you decide that you do not need to use our service this season, that’s fine. We will keep your business on file so that we may help you in the future.

If you do wish to use our service, you will be assigned a dedicated Regional Account Representative, who will talk to you about the nature of your business and your staffing needs. Once you confirm the type and number of positions you need to fill, your Regional Account Representative will screen applicants and match you with potential candidates. You decide who you wish to hire.

Our employers say

“Our international staff are mature, dedicated and hardworking. They have become an invaluable part of our business. In addition to filling a seasonal need they add an energy and excitement to our company that's contagious. [...]Most of us can now say we have friends from all over the world."
— Sandi Jo S., host employer, Santa Cruz Seaside Company
