Work & Travel USA Full Service Job Placement Program
Work & Travel USA is designated by the U.S. Department of State to sponsor international students on the J-1 Work and Travel program. The program provides U.S. employers with a unique seasonal staffing solution and provides international students an inexpensive way to live, work, and travel in the U.S. during their school breaks. Employers pay no fees. International Students pay job placement fees and their own transportation costs.

- We’ll send you profiles of students who meet your needs, and you tell us whom you want to hire.

InterExchange selects only the most rigorously screened, English-proficient, and hard-working students. Participants are admitted based on personality, attitude, and adaptability. We use an extensive application, conduct personal interviews in the student’s home country, and make the information we learn available to employers during the selection process. Students attend an orientation session in their home country and in the U.S., where they are given information on realistic living and working conditions.
Full support is provided to employers and participants throughout the entire season.
