InterExchange Photo Submissions and Release Form

Follow these guidelines to make sure we can use your photos:

All photos should be in color.
Digital images should be taken at the highest resolution possible for your camera.
Developed photos should be printed in a larger format and mailed to InterExchange. 8" x 6" (standard 6" x 4" is usually ok, too) or larger will ensure the picture will reproduce clearly when printed and increase the likelihood of use. We will return your photo if you ask us to.
Please print your name, employer's name and your home country on the back of the photo or include it in your email.
All submissions should include a photo release form signed by you and anyone else in the photos if possible.
