I was going through my weekly list of travel blogs, when an old post from World Hum caught my eye: "The woman behind the voice at the airport," the description read. I instantly had to know who she was. After traveling or living abroad, when you return home to the U.S., one of the first things you notice is that you can understand everything being said in the airport! And if you live in New York City or have a layover here, than you can understand what the announcer on the train is saying too!
Well, the person behind this voice is an adorable 65 year old from Maine. Know you know!
