My name is Lynne Ainge and I enjoyed being a host parent so much, that I became a local coordinator! As your local coordinator, I look forward to engaging your au pair in fun and cultural group activities, and working with your family to provide an all-around, enjoyable experience. I have successfully hosted 5 au pairs and developed great, continuing relationships with them and their families! Even now, our former au pairs visit us, and we visit them in their home countries. I am excited to be able to show you what this program offers to au pairs and host families.
InterExchange Au Pair USA has caring, experienced and responsive Local Coordinators available to answer your questions, provide matching assistance, and provide guidance and support to both you and your au pair.
All InterExchange au pairs are pre-screened and interviewed before arriving to the U.S. Once they arrive they go through a comprehensive training program where they learn CPR, First Aid and child development. InterExchange Au Pair USA sponsors each au pair’s J-1 Visa which allows the au pair to legally work in the U.S. for 12 months. The au pair program can also be extended for up to 12 additional months. Once you join our program, I will guide you throughout the process of selecting and welcoming your au pair!
We're here to provide support and answer any questions you may have about the program. Applying is easy with our online application, but please don’t hesitate to send us an email if you have questions about hosting an au pair.
