Abigail Graszl
Participant Services Coordinator

Abigail has a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. As an undergraduate, she helped to advise fellow students on internships abroad while working in her university’s study abroad office. Prior to joining the Career Training USA team, Abigail spent time abroad and had the privilege of teaching English to middle school students in South Korea.

Program Manager

Tammen has a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a master’s degree in International Political Economy & Development. He obtained internships at three different organizations as an undergraduate student. Prior to joining the Career Training USA team in 2019, Tammen advised U.S. students on international programs, helping them prepare for overseas studies and articulate these experiences on their resumes upon return to the U.S.

Fatima has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Marketing. As an undergraduate student, she obtained summer internships at three different companies and studied abroad on a program called Semester at Sea. She has combined her international and academic experiences to help students prepare for an internship abroad.

Lynne Sebeck
Program Director

Lynne has a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, and she has spent nearly 20 years helping students and young adults advance their academic and professional careers. Lynne has led the Career Training USA program for more than 13 years and previously worked at New York University where she served as an academic advisor, manager of the College Learning Center, and director of the NYU Precollege program for high school students.
