The InterExchange Au Pair USA program has been matching qualified international au pairs with American host families for more than 25 years. The program provides a unique opportunity for young women and men (18-26) to spend a year or more as part of an American host family, providing childcare while taking college-level classes, traveling, and making lifelong connections.
InterExchange Au Pair USA is currently seeking a full-time Participant Services Coordinator who will work as part of a team to facilitate the operations of a U.S. Department of State regulated J-1 Visa program for International Exchange visitors. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly, efficiently and handle a substantial workload.
Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job such as using a telephone, answering emails, filing paperwork, viewing a computer screen, and operating office equipment.
The duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office environment. The position generally involves continuous sitting; frequent standing; frequent walking; light to moderate lifting; light carrying; frequent bending and reaching; keyboarding and telephone operation.
