1. Apply

Try to apply at least 10 weeks prior to your desired start date. For later submissions contact us. We'll review your application and contact you within a couple of business days to set up a video call and discuss the next steps.

2. Match with Host Families

Once we've sent your application abroad, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with potential host families over email and/or video chat to make sure that you're both happy with the match. You'll have access to interviewing tips to guide the conversation. It typically takes 1-4 weeks to match with a host family.

Once a match is confirmed, we’ll provide information on booking flights, purchasing insurance, and preparing to travel. We'll also send you some fun resources on life as an au pair in Spain.

Placements in Spain last 2 to 3 months and the maximum childcare hours per week is 30.

3. Experience Spain

Your host family will pick you up from the airport or train station. You'll have support from staff in Spain when you need it, an au pair training manual and more to help you along the way. You can also connect with other au pairs through our Facebook group.
