Hosting a professional intern or trainee is affordable!
There are no program, visa, or placement fees to participate in the Career Training USA program.
The intern or trainee is responsible for paying the program fees to participate in our program. If you would like to cover the cost of sponsorship, you may submit the appropriate program fees listed on our Costs and Fees page and submit payment here.
Site Visit Fee
- If your company has fewer than 25 employees and less than $3 million in revenue, we’re required by the State Department to perform a site visit before approving your organization for the program.
- InterExchange charges a one-time fee of $250 for a site visit, but once you’ve successfully hosted an InterExchange intern or trainee, you won’t need to pay this again.
