Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The contest is open to verified participants on an InterExchange program. Entrants must be available to participate in the TCS New York City Marathon on November 2nd, 2025.
- Entry: Eligible participants must submit an entry in accordance with InterExchange’s contest guidelines. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Prize: The prize is one entry into the TCS New York City Marathon on November 2nd, 2025. The winner is responsible for paying their own registration fees and all travel and lodging expenses associated with participating in the marathon. This prize strictly cannot be transferred to any other individual.
- Waiver of Liability: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to waive any and all liability against InterExchange for any injury, loss, or hardship that may occur before, during, or after the marathon as a result of participating in the event. The winner acknowledges that running a marathon involves inherent risks and agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries, or losses that they may sustain as a result of participating.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants InterExchange the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Any content or materials you create or share to social networks surrounding the event will be provided to InterExchange, and any social media content should mention and tag InterExchange.
- Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with accepting the prize.
- Modifications and Cancellation: InterExchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
- Governing Law: The contest and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States.
- By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Entries must be submitted by June 20th, 2025.
- Selection of Winner: InterExchange will select the Winner in accordance with the contest guidelines. Its decision is final and binding. The winner will be announced before July 1, 2025.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 business days of the selection date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 business days of the initial notification, InterExchange reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- This Contest is in no way endorsed or administered by TCS NYC Marathon or New York Road Runners.
