1. Apply

You’ll fill out a few web forms and upload some documents to your online application. We’ll review your application and reach out within a couple of business days to set-up a video call and discuss next steps.

Summer 2022 Tentative Dates:

Session 1: June 5 - July 4

Session 2: June 10 - July 11

Session 3: July 4 - August 1

Sessions 1 and 3 include shared apartment accommodation. Session 2 participants stay with host families.

2. Book your flights

You’ll arrive in Rome Fiumicino Airport on the morning of your session start date. We’ll pick you up at the airport and bring you to the beautiful Le Marche region (about a four-hour ride).

3. Orientation in Le Marche

Shortly after arrival, you’ll attend an orientation, where you’ll receive a comprehensive activity book and details about trips you can take in your free time. Apartment-session participants will also get information about a discounted car service.

3. Connect with campers and travel!

Camps run Monday – Friday, from 9am to 1pm. You’ll be served a big Italian lunch at the end of each camp day and have afternoons and weekends free to relax and explore. If you want to travel around Italy a bit after your program, that’s perfectly fine! U.S. citizens may remain in the Schengen Area, which includes Italy, for up to 90 days as a tourist.
