What is Form DS-2019?
The DS-2019 is the most important document for your J-1 Exchange Visitor program. It proves InterExchange has accepted you into a cultural exchange program and that you are eligible for a J-1 Visa. You need it to apply for your J-1 Visa, pay your SEVIS fee, and complete your DS-7002 training plan. Once you have it, keep your documents safe. You will need your DS-2019 throughout your program.
