Live with a host family, care for children, and improve your French along the way!
Au Pair France
Experience French culture and contribute a valuable skill.
The term “au pair” means “on par” or “equal,” meaning you’re meant to be on equal terms with your host family. As an au pair you’ll live with a welcoming host family, care for your host children for 25 hours per week, and experience France as a local. This intercultural experience is a great way to help others, improve your French and childcare skills, and gain insight into French culture.
